Abstract

 

Watering plants is an activity that needs to be considered in caring for plants, because plants need water, and water is a source of life for plants. In addition, the provision of sufficient water is an important factor for plant growth, water and temperature affect soil moisture. But usually we often don't have time or forget to water the plants, this will be bad for the plants. This study aims to produce automatic plant sprinklers to make it easier for users to care for plants. This tool uses the Arduino microcontroller as the main controller in executing the ordered program. Then the capacitive soil moisture sensor as a soil moisture sensor, DHT11 as a temperature sensor, LCD to inform humidity and temperature, a relay is used as a switch to turn on and off the pump. Watering this plant also uses a fuzzy logic method to process data management that has been detected by soil moisture and temperature sensors and then processed by fuzzy logic to produce clear values. Based on the research that has been done on automatic plant sprinklers with fuzzy logic, that in the system the workings of all sensors and circuits can work properly.
