THE DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SCHEME SELECTION IN LSP AP N USING THE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

Abstract

In this era of very rapid competition, workers must be able to compete with other workers and even with foreign workers. Every country has its own national work standards, including Indonesia, which has the Indonesian National Competency Work Standards or abbreviated as SKKNI. One way to prove that someone has competence in the field they are taking is through a certification process. Certification in Indonesia is carried out by a Professional Certification Agency (LSP) which is under the auspices of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP) and has obtained a license. For every workforce who wants to carry out certification, they can choose a scheme or field for the competency test process. The process of selecting this scheme took quite a long time because there were still workers who were confused about choosing the right scheme for themselves. The existence of technology that is growing rapidly can support the creation of a Decision Support System for Scheme Selection at LSP AP N Using the Web-Based SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method.
